Santarém Hotel reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the Terms and Conditions, when deemed appropriate and without prior notice. However, previous versions will be kept for any necessary clarifications.

Check-In: From 3:00 pm | Check-Out: Until 12:00
It is mandatory to present an Identification Document at Check-In for all occupants of the rooms.

Payments
Payments can be made in Cash, Multibanco, VISA, Euro/Mastercard and Bank Transfer.

The Hotel may charge expenses related to damage caused to the facilities and/or equipment available to Users.

Cancellation Conditions
Reservations can be canceled free of charge until 3 pm on the seventh day before the day of arrival. After this time, the Hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the stay.

EARLY DEPARTURES
Early Departures communicated at least 48 hours in advance will not be charged. After this period, the Hotel reserves the right to charge part or all of the nights not booked.

We get better from the praise, but much more from the less positive reviews.

We do everything to make you feel comfortable in the Hotel. However, dissatisfactions can always happen. Please share them with us as soon as possible to allow us to act in a timely manner. Please contact Reception and/or the Service Director.
