Certification of membership to the Bikeotel Network

The Santarém Hotel receives a Certificate of Adhesion to the Bikotel Network, fulfilling all requirements relating to the best bike-friendly practices, guaranteeing specialized service and greater comfort for cycle tourists.

Changes to our elevators

We are already replacing the elevators, which are expected to be completed by the end of 2022.

Certificate of Commitment Safe Destination

We are delighted to inform you that we have received the “Certificate of Commitment to Safe and Responsible Destination”.
This Certification is assigned by Biosphere Portugal together with the
Regional Tourism Entity of Alentejo and Ribatejo, to Tourist Enterprises that comply with the requirements stipulated by these Entities, as is the case of Santarém Hotel.
This reinforces the recognition that Santarém Hotel has adopted equipment and procedures that guarantee the safety of our customers, as well as all those who visit us for some reason, without forgetting our employees and suppliers.
